Data deletion

You can remove a connected service from AgencyU AI at any time, or ask us to delete your account and all of its data.

Remove a connected service (for example Meta Ads)

1. Sign in at app.agencyu.co.
2. Open Settings, then the Integrations tab.
3. Find the service (for example Meta Ads) and click Disconnect.

This deletes the stored access token right away, and AgencyU AI can no longer read anything from that service. We do not keep a copy of your Meta ad performance data; it is only read from Meta while you view it.

You can also remove AgencyU AI from Meta’s side: in Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, select AgencyU AI and click Remove.

Delete your account and all your data

1. Email roger@agencyu.co from the email address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. We reply to confirm the request came from you.
3. Within 30 days we delete your account and everything in it: your agency profile, clients, projects, tasks, notes, files, KPI entries, Jett conversations and every stored connection token. We email you when it is done.

We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed within a further 30 days as the backups roll over.
