AgencyU AI Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information AgencyU AI ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. AgencyU AI is available at app.agencyu.co.

What we collect

  • Account info: email, name, workspace assignment, role.
  • Member content: anything you submit, such as your agency profile, AI Memory, KPI entries, call transcripts, client records, custom skill prompts, chat conversations with Jett, and files you upload.
  • Usage telemetry: AI call metadata (model, tokens, cost), page views, action timestamps. Used for cost dashboards and product analytics.
  • Error reports: technical details of errors (page, browser, error message) so we can fix problems. These reports do not include your name or email.
  • Integration data: when you connect a service such as Stripe, Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel, Calendly or Meta, we store the access token for that connection and read the data covered by the permissions you approved.

Meta Ads data

If you connect Meta Ads, we ask Meta for read-only access to your ad accounts (the ads_read permission). With it we read:

  • the ad accounts you can manage, with their names and IDs;
  • their campaigns, ads and ad creatives;
  • performance figures such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads and cost per lead.

We use this data only to show you and your team your ad performance inside AgencyU AI: in Media Buying OS, in the creative library, and on each client's Analytics tab. When you ask Jett about your ads, the figures are included in that request so Jett can answer, and they are saved as part of that conversation.

We do not create, edit, pause or pay for ads. We do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

Ad performance figures are fetched from Meta when you view them; we do not keep a separate copy. What we store is your encrypted Meta access token and, for each client, which ad account you linked to them.

How we use it

  • To provide the Platform (run AI calls, show dashboards, save your work).
  • To send transactional and admin emails (account invitations, receipts, security alerts).
  • To improve the product (aggregate analytics, not individual review unless you report a problem).

Who we share with

  • AI provider: Anthropic processes your Member Content, including any integration data in a request, to generate Jett's responses. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
  • Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Clerk (sign-in), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error reports) and Backblaze (encrypted backups). Each provider sees only what it needs to run its part.
  • Integration providers: when you connect a third-party service, data flows between AgencyU AI and that provider according to the permissions you grant.
  • Legal: when compelled by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal information.

Security

Integration access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links for members of your workspace. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Retention

  • Active Account data: kept while your Account is active.
  • After Account closure or a deletion request: deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
  • AI usage telemetry: kept in aggregate, without your content, for cost forecasting.

Your rights and data deletion

  • Access / export: request a copy of your Account data at roger@agencyu.co.
  • Correction: most data can be edited directly in the Platform; for anything else, contact us.
  • Disconnect a service: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token immediately. You can also remove AgencyU AI from the provider's own settings (for Meta: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations).
  • Delete your data: email roger@agencyu.co from your account's email address and ask for deletion. We confirm and delete your Account and its data within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions are at app.agencyu.co/legal/data-deletion.

Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal info, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

By using the Platform, you acknowledge your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

Changes

We bump the version and ask you to accept again when this policy changes materially.
