AI Output Disclaimer

AgencyU AI uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude family) to generate suggestions, drafts, analyses, plans, and other outputs across all AI Employees, generators, and custom skills.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree:

1. AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate. Large language models can produce incorrect, outdated, biased, or fabricated information. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them — especially in sales, financial, hiring, legal, or client-facing contexts.

2. AI outputs are not professional advice. Nothing the Platform produces constitutes:

- Legal advice — consult a licensed attorney for contracts, compliance, IP, or any legal matter.

- Tax or accounting advice — Finance Manager's tax estimator is explicitly an estimate. Consult a CPA or licensed tax professional for actual filings.

- Medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice — the Platform is not designed for these and should not be used as a substitute.

- Financial / investment advice — outputs about pricing, cash flow, or business strategy are operational suggestions, not investment guidance.

- HR or employment-law advice — Hiring Specialist outputs are starting points. Comply with your local labor laws and consult counsel for protected-class questions, termination, or compensation disputes.

3. You retain decision authority and responsibility. No AI output executes automatically. The Member decides whether to send a message, hire a candidate, change pricing, follow an SOP, or take any other action. You are accountable for outcomes.

4. Confidentiality. Anything you input — including sensitive client information, deal terms, financial figures — is processed by the AI provider per their data-handling terms. Do not input information you are contractually or legally obligated to keep out of third-party processors.

5. Banned content. You will not use the Platform to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, sexualized, related to minors, designed to deceive, or otherwise unlawful.

You acknowledge this disclaimer at signup. AgencyU AI is not liable for actions you take based on AI outputs.
